Mark L. Bonfanti is a Partner with the firm’s Florida office located in Destin, Florida. Mark defends the interests of both public and private employers in all labor and employment matters. This representation includes litigation of employment claims in front of state, federal, and administrative agencies. He also handles traditional labor issues, serving as chief negotiator during collective bargaining and legal representative throughout the grievance and arbitration process. Mark also provides clients with a wide range of corporate services, including management training and employee seminars.
Mark previously served as Labor and Employment Counsel for the nation’s second largest wholesale grocer and tenth largest privately held corporation. In this capacity, Mark negotiated collective bargaining agreements and managed labor relations for over 20,000 employees.
Florida Trend Magazine recognized Mark as one of Florida’s Legal Elite attorneys. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Home Society of Florida, and as a Trustee for the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, creator and sponsor of the Biletnikoff Award, awarded annually to college football’s top wide receiver.
